SCOTTSDALE, AZ, October 3, 2001 - Core3, Inc. and National Dry Cleaners, Inc. today announced a multi-year agreement for complete back office outsourcing services. Under the agreement, Core3, Inc. will provide centralized support to NDCI's 360 retail units across the United States by providing comprehensive accounting, payroll, and information technology outsourcing services.
Gregg Scoresby, President and Chief Executive Officer of Core3, Inc. commented, "Multi-unit retail operations like NDCI are perfect candidates for outsourcing services. As part of the agreement, Core3 will implement and manage FlexiFinancials, a leading accounting software solution for large and mid-market companies. Core3 will also manage and maintain NDCI's data center as well as reengineer, standardize and operate accounting and payroll processes.
