PHOENIX, AZ, JULY 1, 2004 - Ephinay announced today the promotion of Chris Creaney to Vice President, Phoenix Service Center Operations. Creaney will manage and have responsibility for the delivery of all back office functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and information technology. Creaney served in various operational roles over the past several years.
"Chris has been a member of our staff since 2002 and we have always been impressed with his expertise," said Gregg Scoresby, Chief Executive Officer of Ephinay. "With our continued growth we needed someone to manage our US Service Center and Chris is the perfect person. He will manage our US operations while also maintaining strong communications with our India Service Center."
Creaney has more than 10 years of experience in business process consulting and outsourcing focused on improving quality, reducing cost, and increasing productivity. Prior to Core3, Creaney worked for several companies in the outsourcing industry, including Hewitt & Associates, LeapSource and Andersen. Creaney has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from University of Cincinnati.
