  Ephinay Establishes U.S. Service Center by Acquiring Core3
 
  CHARLOTTE, NC - April 14, 2003 - Ephinay (pronounced "F&A"), a finance and accounting business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, announced today that it had acquired all the outstanding stock of Core3, Inc., a Phoenix-based BPO. Core3 will adopt the Ephinay brand and become known as its Phoenix Service Center - which will complement Ephinay's existing Gurgaon Service Center (Gurgaon is a high-tech suburb of Delhi, India) - establishing a global delivery model for service. As a result of the transaction, Ephinay also gains several customers under long-term outsourcing contracts, other consulting clients, and an experienced and a talented team of outsourcing professionals. This Phoenix Service Center will be managed by Gregg Scoresby, founder and CEO of Core3, who will also become Ephinay's Executive Vice President of Client Services.
