  NDCI Adopts Core3's Imaging & Workflow Delivery Tools to Streamline Finance & Accounting Processes
 
 

PHOENIX, AZ – March 22, 2005 – National Dry Cleaners Inc. (NDCI), the largest dry cleaning company in the United States with more than 300 dry cleaning stores, has expanded its outsourcing relationship with Core3 by adopting Core3's newly upgraded service delivery tools, CoreCaptureSM and CoreFlowSM. This document imaging and workflow technology has been implemented to streamline NDCI's procurement and accounts payable process.

Core3 announced an upgrade of two of its service delivery tools, CoreCaptureSM and CoreFlowSM. These tools enable Core3 to capture and manage the flow of data and documents between client sites and Core3 service centers around the world.

Core3's solution enables purchase orders to be processed and approved in a more timely manner while increasing the controls over purchasing. As a result, the right items are purchased at the right time, for the right price and with the proper approvals. This increase in efficiency and control results in stronger vendor relationships and improved cash management.

"Core3's delivery tools will significantly enhance our accounting processes and reduce the time it would normally take for purchase approvals and order placement. We can also track our orders and generate reports on a corporate level to compare spending across locations and consolidate purchasing power across the enterprise," Dave Erickson, CFO of NDCI, said.

Under a long-term contract beginning in 2001, NDCI has looked to Core3 to provide a comprehensive back office outsourcing solution. Core3 performs NDCI's finance and accounting functions below the CFO and functions as NDCI's entire information technology department, including network administration, help desk support, point of sale system maintenance, application development and database administration. The successful partnership has enabled NDCI to focus on their primary business of servicing their customers.
