PHOENIX, AZ – February 7, 2005 – Core3, a business process outsourcing firm headquartered in Phoenix, announced that Ralph Wagner has been named Vice President, Business Development, East Region. Wagner is responsible for the growth of the company’s sales accounts in the eastern region of the United States.

Wagner has 15 years of business process and IT outsourcing experience including sales and management roles with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Accenture. Wagner has successfully sold and managed nearly $300 million of systems integration and BPO/IT outsourcing engagements across a number of industries to include retail, distribution, manufacturing, property management, state & local government, healthcare and insurance. Prior to joining Core3, Wagner was Senior Vice President of Sales for IQ BackOffice and was responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s accounting and financial outsourcing services, centered on accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction processing. Wagner has a B.S. in Economics from Norwich University.
