Under the terms of the agreement, Core3's sales channel will market ADP's payroll and related business offerings in concert with Core3's resources to deliver a complete business process outsourcing solution. ADP’s sales channel will market Core3’s service offering for their clients that are looking for a low cost alternative to internal payroll processing on ADP’s technology.
