Core3 is located just south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, with easy freeway access from all directions.

From the North or West:
- Whether you're coming from I-10, I-17, or SR-51, you will take I-10 East toward Tucson
- Take the University Drive Exit (Exit 151)
- Turn left on University Drive
- Turn left on S. 37th Street
- 3600 E. University Campus is on the left
- Refer to the campus maps and signs to locate Building D
From the Southeast:
- Take US-60 West
- I-10 North toward Phoenix
- Take the University Drive Exit (Exit 151)
- Turn right on University Drive
- Turn left on S. 37th Street
- 3600 E. University Campus is on the left
